Working with your designer from the planning stage of your home can save you thousands (if not tens of thousands) of dollars in expensive reconfigurations after your project has been built.  Having your designer involved at the outset brings a different and often more practical “daily living” viewpoint to the planning table.

As your designers we collaborate with your architect and contractor to review room sizes and configurations, check positioning of wall and in-floor electrical outlets to accommodate furniture and lighting placement, make sure ceiling boxes for chandeliers and fans are in the right places. Choosing where TV monitors and speakers will go and pulling wire for your audio visual components is much easier and less expensive to do before the drywall goes in! We also recommend a cohesive color palette for the project.  Making these decisions ensures that everything is ready when your furniture arrives.  All of these things are much easier and less expensive to modify at the construction stage!

Remember:  We always work FOR you and WITH your architect and contractor!
